Why we use high pressure intensifier system？

Everyone knows HP water jet cutting machine working principle. In diesem Prozess, a high-pressure intensifier system is needed. The water consumption in this part is very large, and it is easy to cause waste. On the premise of vigorously advocating energy saving, reducing the pressurized water consumption of water jet cutting machines is also a point of energy saving projects.

The high-pressure pressurization system of the HP water jet cutting machine is mainly operated by water. When it passes through the high pressure in the compressor, it will be compressed in the piston of the oil cylinder and vaporized.

It can be seen that water is continuously compressed in the high-pressure intensifier system, causing the temperature to rise and generate pressurized steam. Since the intensifier is sealed, the water vapor will be restricted to form thermal power due to expansion, resulting in waste of water.

In order to avoid such waste, a spiral tube super heater can be installed on the outlet pipe of the supercharging system of the HP water jet cutting machine, and the super heater can be installed inside the intensifier ; at the same time, the insulation measures of the steering pipe can also be thickened. In this way, the original steam temperature will be controlled, and the water content of the steam can be reduced when the heat preservation effect is improved, so as to achieve the purpose of water saving. And this is the water jet cutting machine working principle.
